NWN2: DM Jump NPCs / Action (Hotkey) Bar Reset.

So I notice when I use the DM Client in NWN2 and Take Control (or Full Control) of NPCs - the action bar resets. So for example, if as the DM - I set somethings in the action bar (like the Cheer Emote) - then jump into an NPC - it's gone from the action bar. If I set it up for that NPC then jump to another NPC, once again it's gone.

In NWN1, it kept the action bar shortcuts no matter what in the DM Client. You can jump from an Elf to a Dragon - and the Action bar remained.

I am wondering if I am doing something wrong or if this is the expected behavior that any NPC you DM control - you need to redo the action bar each time?
