Is there any chance to play The Outer Worlds at 60fps on Series S?

Hello. I recently played The outer worlds on my Series S and loved the game. When I read the game was running at 60fps on Series X and PS5 I was very excited because playing at that frame rate is amazing. But sadly I can not play the game at 60fps on my console. I would like to know is there is a possibility to play it at 60fps in the future or at least an explanation of why not. Thank you.

    I fully support this issue. Why wasn't there a patch for Series S? Does he not count as the next gen in your opinion?
