Why my tools were downgraded from level 2 and 3 to level 1?

Hello I want to start with the words that you are doing great things with the game and I love you for this. With that said, I want to report that after I went in the game to try the update all my weapons/tools were downgraded from their level 2 and 3 versions to level 1? Will this be fixed or I must construct them again? Thank you for your time and happy holidays! :)

  3. Adjust your preference.
