ADA's entering ship Dialogue Missing

I don't think it's related, but I bought the DLC and have since noticed that ADA entering ship dialogue is missing. The actual events are not, just ADA saying "The crewmembers are discussing...", so if I walk to the stairs I hear Felix and Ellie or Nyoka and Parvati in the cargo hold but no ADA. talking to ada normally also works. I have tried loading old saves and uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but I still don't get the dialogue.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
