So everything was fine after 4.0, but then after this last update all my saves were gone except my very first ones, basically 5 weeks worth of work... Near 100 days in game. Even if i delete the old saves they are the only ones that show up after sync.

This happened to me too. Had over 67 in game days, and went back to 50. Had 10+ saves and now there’s only 4. The first save being when I first started the game. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, no such luck for my cloud saves to come back. 
 

I also play with friends, so I’m usually the host. After this last patch they too are having problems. All their mutations are gone and so were all the crafted items in their bags. Really sad.. we really have a lot of fun playing this game but it’s a total hassle and hope these issues can be addressed soon.

Not going to play again until we can load our save properly...
