Alright, guys.... I don't know if this happened to anyone else, but after I completed the whole new story mission in the hedge laboratory, I went back to my base and saved. I was on day 54 and some odd hours. I come back to play today, (10/02) and all of the process is lost. I think I was an issue with my cloud storage feature, because it would flash on and off while it was trying to sync, but I'm not sure what the actual reasoning is. Has this happened to any one else? And if so, how did you fix it?
