SamJam Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Been building a large tower for the past week with an octagonal shape. Utilizing the triangular and square scaffolding with stairs, leading in a spiral up to the main structure on top. While climbing stairs leading to a triangular floor piece on top, you will be stopped by the floor piece as it seems to clip a little too high above the top stair piece. This does not happen when replacing with the square floor piece but isn't as pleasing on the eye. To remedy this I've been jumping the last step of the stairs. Was wondering if anyone else had this issue, if you had a fix, or if the dev's are already tracking this as an issue being fixed in the future. Thank you.
RooDaaR Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 This issue is fixed on the public test server and should get fixed in regular game with the update. Or for a faster and cheaper build, use bounce webs every 3 stories to get up the towers faster
Jake2046 Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Oh, that's a bummer about the triangular floor clipping! Glad to hear it's fixed in the test server. Sounds like a common issue. I wonder if StairCalculator could help visualize these builds before going in-game.
