I just received my Outer Worlds game for the PS4. I am having trouble getting started, I am at the very beginning of the game. Trying to set up/modify my characters abilities. I cannot switch to the other modification screens that are after the attributes screen. After modifying the Attributes screen I cannot go to the Skills, Aptitude, Appearance screens. I need some help to get going to the next screens. What button(s) on the controller do I use to get to the follow-on screens, in the game? Please help. How do I switch to the other screens

I HAVE JUST LANDED ON THE PLANET HALYCON AND GOT OUT OF THE SPACE CAPSULE.  HOW DO I MOVE AROUND AND LOOK AROUND?  I CANNOT GET THE CHARACTER TO MOVE AND I CANNOT PAN MY VIEW AROUND.
