Dual Monitors issue and unbuildable/undeletable blueprint

I have an issue when I play with dual monitors, the mouse keeps leaving the game window, onto the second screen, causing windows to lose focus on the game. Either no one has reported this, or surprised an issue like this is still persisting after so long. This is a super annoying issue where the only solution is to disable the second monitor. 

The other issue im having is there is a phantom blueprint stuck underground where i cannot reach it to build/remove it. Any console commands i can use to remove it?
