Multiplayer Glicthes

[Crafter Man 05]

Me and my friend always play grounded multiplayer, I am the host, my xbox and internet are both better than his. While playing, my friend experienced several glicthes with plank pallets, teleporting and or falling through the floor, I experienced none of these, the only thing we both had in common was our game crashing when we deleted plank pallets, we have tried everything we can think of to reduce lag and or this from happening.
