Building Issue: Chests & Armor Stands

I found that if a chest or armor stand is in an adjacent or nearby grid to where you are working, then often can't build walls or other structural items. I had stuff in a "room" and was building in the next room and couldn't set blueprints without first going into the other room to empty the container and then recycle / destroy it. After I removed the container I could build normally in the area.
