Can't log in for multiplayer

Hi,

Am on PC and try logging in to multiplayer. It tells me i must be logged in on Xbox Live. I follow onscreen prompts to do so (email, password and 2 factor authenticator) > it takes me back to grounded main menu ... but still shows me offline ... and sends me back around the same loop. I have tried with firewall etc off. Have also tried logging in to Xbox  on other games that require it (e.g. MS flight sim) and that works fine so it seems to be on the Grounded side not "registering" that I've logged in.

I have the same issue.

this was not an issue until today and now wont acknowledge that i am logged into xbox live when i am.  PC

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
