Ive got a huge problem idk what to do i really need help!

So bscly i've bought grounded for 30€  so far so good, when i tried to start the game it said i should log in to my xbox live account,  I tried to write my email and password then it said this:"

There is a problem with your Microsoft account. To fix this, sign in to account.live.com from a browser.

I tried to fix it while changing my pasword or reinstalling the game but nothing worked, when  i tried to restart my game i always get in the loop where i have to sign up then it shows this error message. I cant even type my email or password anymore when  i click on "sign up" So ive been pretty dissapointed on it wasting 30€ for like nothing? I really would be glad for getting help Thank you
