GOG Games: Do I Need To Manually Patch Deadfire?

I just purchased and installed PoE2: Deadfire on GOG Games, and when I go to 'Extras' it has 4 patches listed to download.  Do I need to download and install them manually, or will the game automatically update?  I only ask as in the settings I have an option ticked called 'Auto Update Games' so I would've assumed this would update the game, but I still have the option to download the patches.

Would appreciate some input on this, thank you.

Ah nevermind, I just found out how to check which version is installed and it seems it's been updated to the latest.  Thanks anyway guys.
