I know the game is still in development but I think having more ant species, like black garden ants that actively look for sugary food (juice boxes and soda cans on map) and are protective of them would add to the diversity of the world and enemy types.

Also, a form of transportation like a house fly mount or leaf raft that could be used to travel on the pond would be pretty interesting and is honestly needed.
