Xbox user. Am i doing something wrong because the grass floor won't unlock when i us the computer to analyse the grass. All the other grass parts unlock or have i got to use a different lab. 

Yes, you have to continue the main storyline with Burg.L and collect enough RS to purchase the Multi-Story Bases Pack from him. This includes floors, triangle floors, and stairs.
