Had game installed and played about 5 hours so far. this evening (gmt) i loaded a save game from earlier that day and suddenly the game was running very choppily, like motion blur was turned up high. Even setting graphics to low and reducing most settings didn't change the issue. Not sure if a patch rolled out today.
