MODE: Single player and multiplayer

ISSUE: Whenever I join into a game my game crashes and displays the message "Video driver crashed and was reset!". This usually happens when I try to leave the tunnel. I've updated my drivers and done everything I found online to try and fix it but nothing works. How am I able to fix this?

I'm facing the same issue -- running an R9 Fury 4GB GPU -- The only way I'm able to get past the screen:

• forcibly lower the resolution scaling to 25% through the config file in AppData (the game's Settings menu glitches when trying to apply low settings)
• slowly walk backwards, not facing any bit of sunlight whatsoever coming from the outside (I'm not kidding, it actually worked)

Once I'm out about 20 to 25ft from the tunnel, I am free to do whatever I want -- except actually see, because the resolution is scaled back so bad, you'd think you were playing an early 3D DOS game. Hopefully they release an update soon because I've been itching to play the game with friends.
