Fix for all with the R9 (AMD) graphic card series video driver crashes

I had this issue where your video driver just crashes the moment you turn around the corner into the grass at the beginning of a game.

I could fix the crashes by reverting back to the AMD Adrenalin driver version 18.11

I hope this helps others with the same problem as well.

Also wanted to add that I had no crashes with 1024x768 resolution so far. It instantly crashes if I set the resolution any higher than that. Hope it helps some people who are okay playing lower resolution and don't want to revert to an ancient driver.

I can confirm that Adrenaline 18.11.2 works with my R9 380

Thank you, reverting to the 18.11.2 driver worked for my r9 380 as well. Loving the game, like subnautica meets micro machines.
