during character creation on the character customization screen near the end of it i am met with a big issue here... it allows me to pick the portrait of the toon but that is it, on the left side are the different categories like voice, color, etc... i cannot access and i have tried everything on it, all the buttons and nothing.... please advise i really need help with this one boyz...
