When you are in any in game menu, or even just the title screen if you press B for 'go back' and are more than one step into a menu your game will crash.  for example I went in to the options list to look at the controls. so Options---->Controls but when I pressed B I am transported back to options and the game freezes.  this happens every time I have tested it,  if I only go one step into options, for example just options and then B, The game works fine until I open a menu again and then it will freeze.  the same thing will happen on the title screen.  if I select single player that counts as one step in, so if I press load game but decide I want to press B so I can start new game instead the game will freeze.  this is even true for the in game inventory screen.  this makes it almost unplayable in its current state.

Same thing happens to me.
