Can't pre-install Grounded on Xbox

Hello there! I can't pre-install Grounded on Xbox One X. It says the game is unavailable and that I need to sub to Game Pass. Both on Xbox and PC. I can download any other game though, as I have a Game Pass Ultimate subscription. 

Anyone has a solution? I've seen multiple people with the same issue. Would be awesome to play this game straight away! :)

Edit: I'm from the Netherlands btw. Don't know if it's important, but maybe useful for the team.
