Hello, I need suggestions about solo monk build.

Hello, I want to play solo as Monk. I found The Anvil build in the board list. But I don't know what to do before going Caed Nua. Also I saw the early-game gears but I couldn't find them. So my questions are;

- What do I need to do before the Caed Nua? 

- Can anyone share a good build if The Anvil is not the best?

- Any other suggestions?

- And is there any solo monk playthrough on YouTube? I couldn't find. 

- Also I don't need The Ultimate achievement.
