Seems like any time the game tries to modify data - tinkering with a weapon, killing an enemy, fast traveling to another location - it immediately crashes to the desktop with this error.  The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access. Just started happening without any known changes to the game on windows settings, or updates.

Out of curiosity where did you pull that memory reference from?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
