As the title suggests the game wont boot, like a number of other posts the game goes to a black screen for a few seconds & then crashes to desktop

Having had a look at this & other forums I've yet to see a solution that has worked, any further suggestions?

 

- PC specs: I7, 980ti x 2, 16 gig of ram (I've tried without SLI turn on)

- Windows Media pack fix i've seen on pcgameingwiki doesn't work as I don't have windows N (installation is rejected on try incidentally)

- Windows 10 64 version is 1909 & the Nvidia GFX drivers are the current

 

 

 

Update: 

If anyone else is having this issue, I found the issue was resolved by installing an earlier Nvidia driver than the current (earlier than 23/3/20)
