Dear Developers,

 

At first I want to thank you for such a wonderful game and contents that you have created. Never have I tried this experience of deep stories and characters. But, this lasted for not a while. Last time I have a monthly cleanse for my computer but after that the game got crashed and I really don’t know why (although I had redownloaded it). It kept showing this: “The game crashed. The crash folder named “2020-02-15, 153654” next to game executable. It would be great if you’d send it to the developer of the game!”. I hope that you can spare some little bit of your time to have a quick check and help me as soon as possible. Really waiting to hear from you. Thank you a lot!
