Every time I die get near the end of the game (25 hrs in) after skipping the hope my save files will not load to allow me to continue. This has happened 3 times now and each time I’ve started the game again for it to happen again either on phineas base or tartarus!! This is really pissing me off now! What’s going on?!? 

Dude it happens to me as well . We have another thread on here about it. I bet you have a Ps4.

Same issue and Obsidian don't seem to care - loads of posts here and elsewhere on this exact same glitch. Utter bollocks that you get so far into a game and then it's unplayable and unfinishable

Same problem here. I died, game crashed, I reloaded and in the process the update was applied and since then only very old saves will load. All my saves are showing the same day, time and size next to them also. Gutted as there's no way I'm starting again.
