As the first screenshot shows, I'm missing two Hunt tasks:

  • The Seeking Face's Hunt for the Adra Pearl
  • The Slaying Face's Hunt for the Luckless Coin

I made the mistake of turning the items into the pool of memories before the quests were supplied by Engari. Even completed the fights (https://i.imgur.com/qz7QogB.jpg). I wasn't thinking there'd be a confliction at the time, but now the achievement doesn't work.

Went back and got video of my turning in items for the quests.
