silver1289s Posted December 28, 2019 Posted December 28, 2019 I recently purchased GamePass so I could play The Outer Worlds; however, the game is not stable and is borderline unplayable. I have dropped the settings all the way down to low and set the framerate to a locked 30, but there is still continual stuttering. The odd thing about it is that I am not seeing any frame dips when this happens. I have listed my specs below and have tried many different graphical settings, along with reinstalling multiple times. All of my drivers are also up to date and have been reinstalled along with Windows. PC Specs: Processor: Ryzen 7 2700 GPU: XFX Vega 56 Memory: 16GB 2400Mhz Ballistix Drive: Samsung 970 Evo NVME M.2 ( I have also tried the install on my WD Blue 7200RPM drive, along with my SanDisk 240GB SSD.) OS: Windows 10 Home 1909 64bit Also, I wanted to add that Windows Game mode is disabled
