When the game loads, it loads into a window that occupies the top left corner of my screen, does not resize to fit my screen or move to the center of my screen, and does not allow access to anything that resembles a menu for setting options. This happens on every attempt to load the game, whether from the desktop or from Steam.

Update: Uninstalling and reinstalling the game did not fix the problem. It still loads into the same unusable window in the top left corner of my screen.

No one has a solution for this? Of any kind? Did I waste my money buying this game?
