YieldingShoe92 Posted December 13, 2019 Share Posted December 13, 2019 I accepted the permanent concussion flaw and for some reason its doubled on my long guns skill. Before the 12/12 update it just showed two stacks of -4. Now its showing -8. Anyone else have this happen? The flaw is supposed to be -1 to all mind attributes which I'm assuming is worth 4 skill points to whatever falls under it as everything else with the debuff says -4. Playing on Xbox One.
