Extremely bad stuttering when textures stream in..

System:

R5 3600X , 16GB 3200, GTX 1080, 860Evo SSD, Win 10 1909, NV Driver 441.12.

Game is installed on the SSD 

Epic game store version (issue also present on Game pass version)

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
