My game is crashing every time I try to complete the final Tartarus mission, but not in the same place as everyone else is reporting (i.e., the Chairman part). Mine crashes as soon as I finish fighting off the inmates after I exit the unreliable. Every single time the last inmate dies my game freezes and kicks me back to the xbox dashboard. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, including reinstalling on different storage devices, and nothing works.
