Seth Miller Posted November 10, 2019 Posted November 10, 2019 Zora will not come to negotiations and a truce be made. I’ve done everything I possibly can and even reverted back a save. Any other solutions? If not, with the next patch add a extra quest with Zora to trigger the truce.
