Randomly Crashes PC

I have only played about 4 hours of this game and i would to play more as it an amazing creation. 

Although i have a raging problem with that the game randomly crashes for seemingly NO reason 
sometimes one minute in it will crash and sometimes an hour in but what makes it worse is that 
IT is not a crash of the game to desktop, it freezes the screen and basically shuts down my PC - this is not a PC issue as i have dusted and this does not happen at any other moment only while playing outer worlds - (its not over heating i've checked) 

(note: i havent even comepleted "Come now the power" quest, it crashes no matter what i am doing location and quest seem to not matter. 

I have tried so much to limit crashing 
i have tried 
 - updating my drivers 
- closing all other tabs except from the game 
- putting the game in lowest settings

i would really like some help with this issue as i want to enjoy the game without constantly shutting down my PC and running the chance of corrupting my data due to random and sudden shut downs

This is happening to me, too. The game plays fine up to the point when you have to go to GroundBreaker, at which point, no matter what, the game crashes my PC.
