I haven't seen this specific thing reported anywhere, but I apologize if it's well known and easily fixed and I somehow missed that.  What's happening is that periodically I'll be walking along and my game locks into spinning the view and the frame rate dips hugely.  I am able to ALT-F4 out of the game and can even bring up the menu and quit, though that is very laggy when I do it.  My PC easily meets the recommended specs for the game and my Radeon (RX 480) drivers are up to date.   I've locked the frame rate at 60 and put the game into fullscreen mode.  Adjusting the graphics settings down has not helped either.  I'm playing with an Xbox One controller via Bluetooth.  Anything else you guys can suggest?  Thanks so much!

EDIT: Looks like the problem has something to do with using Bluetooth for the controller.  The controller works fine plugged in via USB, so it must be my crappy USB Bluetooth adapter!
