So I got Jameson's ID from his corpse. The quest updated telling me to give Anton the bad news. When I go to do that he isn't giving me the option to turn it in. See screenshots.

Am I missing something obvious here?

Any resolution to this? I'm having the same exact issue on Switch. If I just continue with other quests will I be able to turn it in to Anton later?
