Yeah I’m not sure what’s going on here. I got the game on Xbox game pass for pc and things were running fine at first, but after my first hour I started experiencing some sever frame skipping. I’ve tried everything from lowering my fps to running lower settings but It’s still happening. Any and all comments would be really appreciated

I had an issue where the game ran very stuttery when i was running it in borderless windowed mode. I then switched to true fullscreen, and activated VSync, and the stuttering was gone. The game runs very bad in borderless windowed mode. Maybe that's your issue as well.
