Dialogue - Black Screen Issue

occasionally during dialogue, i get a few seconds of black screen and a monitor reset, game doesnt crash, i can still hear whats going on, then itll resume as normal, only happens during dialogue scenes, and not all the time.

Anyone else have this issue?
