NobleDhu Posted November 4, 2019 Posted November 4, 2019 Once I got Felix I didn't play with him. After a few good hours I decided to change my companions, then discovering Felix's mission. Whenever I try to start the mission talking to him, right after receiving the mission it already appears as failed I've been to Scylla several hours ago (I don't have a save anymore), but I've never been to Harlow’s Base, and this place doesn't even appear with a landing option.
