At first city there are buildings west side out of gate heading to geothermal and botanical. One you can hack or pick to balcony and jump to next balcony but in between the is a hole in wall. How do you get there?

You're not meant to.  Anyway theres nothing in there, just a toilet. (U made me curious so I used a low gravity cheat to hop in there and see for myself 😁)
