Skybox visual glitch (not headbob)

So I've been having a problem with the planet in the skybox of the first world.  Its appearance changes as I move my camera.  See the image linked below:

See the circle on the right side?  It expands and contracts as I move my camera, growing larger the closer it is to the edge of my screen.

I've played around with settings, and it appears to be better on low FoV.  I'd rather not play the game that way, so I'd appreciate advice on how to fix it.
