AEdwardian Posted November 2, 2019 Posted November 2, 2019 I think praise is deserved all round by Obsidian and Private Division for The Outer Worlds thus far. For me, playing on PC through EGS, I experienced no crashes or game-breaking bugs on a full run-through. With that being said, there are some other QoL issues that still need to be addressed. While some of these have been discussed ad nauseum thus far, I just want to post a few of my observations here to increase their visibility. • Unlock full keyboard remapping (Self-explanatory) • Allow the removal of headwear equipped to companions (I could only remove headgear by replacing it with another piece) • Ensure equipped companion headwear stay visible during conversations (I had companion headwear become invisible during certain normal conversations rendering the option irrelevant) • Stacking in the inventory of weapons and armor that share the same attributes (So one stack of five looted pistols instead of five separate slots filled) • More dynamic re-spawning of beasts and other hostiles (Once I cleared certain areas, they tended to stay clear, limiting loot opportunities) • The armor awarded from Makes Space Suits, Won't Travel should be more unique rather than a slightly changed version of one of the other formal outfits (BTW, this was the only mission that actually got on my nerves because the items you need to fetch are largely linked to my previous comment about spawn rates) • Remove Parvati’s own goggles when you equip her with actual googles as headwear, otherwise she then wears two pairs, one over her eyes and her own on her forehead
Ian Kester-Haney Posted November 3, 2019 Posted November 3, 2019 There is an option setting to not show helmets.

I had headware disappear in some conversations even though I had the option set to on. Helmets are one thing, if they need to be removed during an interaction for whatever reason, but not glasses, goggles, or eyepatchs.
