HELP! Outer World won't Install on Epic Launcher

I purchased the game.  I have tried to install the the game on the Epic Games Launcher, I click Install but nothing happens.  It says verifying then stops. 

I do meet the minimum requirements

I have downloaded the latest Nvidia Driver today

I have Windows 10 (ver 1903 the latest)
