October 31, 20196 yr On my first visit to the Back Bays I didn't have money for MacRedd's tribute and I didn't follow the "kill MacRedd" dialog. I left to go get more money for a tribute and when I returned to the Back Bays I was greeted by an outlaw saying, "MacRedd says you're ok" and had access to the Back Bays without talking to MacRedd and paying tribute.
