Supernova difficulty game breaking bug?

only been playing a while, im dehydrated the middle bar of the three is basically at zero, nearly.. and no amount of drinking water helps me at all.

you seriously need to consider something, if you're going to utterly PLAGUE us with debuffs we need a clear and concise health status sheet explaining it. i've just been sat in the title screen using search engines to try and figure this mess out and im enfuriated now. i don't know if it's a bug or if im doing something wrong, and no amount of restarting will fix the issue
