October 30, 20196 yr So I have the flaw for 25% more plasma damage. Today I decided to respec because I wanted to change around my skill points. Well after I respeced I lost the extra perk point but I still have the flaw. Is this intended a bug or an oversight. I think what is happening is when you are respecing it doesn't check for flaws when it refunds your points so all it is doing is checking character level and giving points based on that. I'm on the Ps4. Playing on supernova difficulty.
