Mag-Picks and Bypass Shunts Dissapeared

I died on supernova mode with a couple dozen plus of each after visiting the Back Bay area of the Groundbreaker for the first time. Had not happened before, and hopefully won't again. The save I loaded should have had them all, as it was right before I went down there.
