I opened the terminal and then instantly closed out of it, without hitting any other buttons. When I went back executive reviews were not available. The quest did not register it as deleting the files.

This leads to some pretty big issues in Canids Cradle, does anyone know if you can put something into console commands to advance a quest? I'd hate to have to backtrack several hours to fix such an annoying glitch.

The same thing that happened to the OP happened to me. It truly is frustrating because the consequence of this quest update error/ bug is not revealed until much later on.

I was playing on PS4.

Having the same issue here , this is basically locking me out of a peaceful resolution which i would have liked for my first time through the game , now i have to stop playing it and wait for until a fix has been made

Reload your previous save before you went in the building and make sure you have a level of 20 in hacking. 

#Sidenote I fixed almost every bug by simply never using my companions. They ruin your gameplay.

Can you guys confirm that this has been fixed by the dev? I am wondering if I can leave the files undeleted.
