Whys my game not loading in 4k???

Like, come on, something like this should have been found in testing

Only works when i set my system to 4k

 

my 1080p with allow 4k

which loads all my stuff in 4k

doesn't work

 

Theres a reason i have mine setup this way

 

How do you miss something like this...
